I have a tendency of thinking negative at times, I must admit. But what is "positive mindset" its your self-esteem and self-confidence that fuels your mind and your thoughts. You'll be surprised how many times we say negative things on a daily basis, its very alarming. If you just say something positive everyday, it will change your whole mindset.
"I hate the way I look today"
"I cant do it"
" I am not good at anything"
A positive mindset is the power of
positive thinking. It is directly connected to the ability to remove, control or
eliminate negative thoughts. Get rid of all your negative thoughts, doubt, fear, worry and focus on positive thoughts.
"I know I can do it"
"I will be rich one day"
"I can do anything I set my mind to"
I like to write down affirmations and read it on a daily basis. My favorite affirmation is "What you say today is what you become tomorrow" What that means is "If you say I don't have, everyday" for example, you will never have. "Don't listen to your drunken monkey" Saying and repeating your affirmations regularly will clear your mind and thoughts.
Same goes with your everyday work, excersice and/or sports - surrounding yourself in a positive environment plays an important role to your positive mindset too. Hangout with positive people who will lift, encourage, and be there for you in good times and in bad.
